Getting things started
In my continuing quest to be more positive I have been trying journal. Why? Because it helps me get the thoughts echoing in my head out of my head.
I journal in multiple ways - on paper, on a computer or mobile device, mostly on a voice recorder of some type. I'm finding the experience challenging but easy at the same time.
As I get things set up I hope to have a positive journal prompt posted here daily to help me have something to record toward the end of my "day". I am going to set up the email sign-up and have it delivered to myself daily. My hope is that you will also sign up and receive the prompt and journal about it. I may even open up a forum for people to share their experiences journaling about these things.
Enjoy!
